We also discuss our love of music, why we do what we're doing, his life as a stay at home dad with a part time substitute teaching career. We also discuss our mutual love of college football (though we rep different teams), how we love to travel, and we discuss our love of writing. NaNoWriMo gets mentioned. He also discusses how the roles in his family are, and his love of having NERF wars with his boys.

In this mammoth episode, Bob and I tackle how anxiety and depression affected us. Bob calls me out on my support of St. Anger. We talk about our perspectives of the tornado. We also discuss family life, and the high points about fatherhood and our marriages to our respective spouses. We cover a lot of ground and I enjoyed doing the live intro to the episode.
