In a time when going to the doctor can be a bit of a headache in itself many are turning to telemedicine.  The Doc tells us about the types of cases he treats, what he can and can't do on a call, and when, if ever, does the camera gets turned on.  As technology continues to improve it's a good look into the future (present?) of how treating patients is changing.  Plus, we check back in on COVID-19 and what feels like either the sequel to the first wave or perhaps the tsunami we were all hoping was never going to happen.

A baby is born with a genital birth defect.  Surgery is performed and the baby goes home.  15 years later it's revealed mistakes were made and the patient is back in the hospital.  This time the Doc was there.  He tells us the story of what happened and what shocked everyone that day in the operating room.
