What a thunderclap! ATOMIC are back - and then immediately with such a huge stomper in front of the Lord! After their last album “Heartbeater”, the indie-rock band from Germany took ten years to finally present a new single.

And what a banger!

The two twin brothers Thomas and Rainer Marschel, who could never and never wanted to hide their love for Oasis are making guitar pop great again - from the Bavarian Forest.

"Gimme Your Love" starts dark, evil and angry, the Black Rebel Motorcycle Club looks over envious. But then haunted and bell-like brass turn the corner. At the latest, Primal Scream with Kasabian will stop by and lure you onto the dance floor in the indie club. Gin and tonic glass in one hand, the other hand stretched towards the sky - ATOMIC are back!

"Gimme Your Love" is the first single from the upcoming ATOMIC album that will be released in 2023.

‘In this spec of life that’s gone in a flutter, you know what you’ve got to do.’

Written in that dark time we called lockdown, Bluebyrd’s 'Song and Dance' asks  us to make the most of our time on this mortal coil,  it is a release of positive, pent-up energy and a celebration of what is possible.

Fresh from supporting The Christians and also Ian McNabb Midlands-based folk-pop duo Bluebyrd have been described as creators of 'tunes that glue themselves into your consciousness', Bluebyrd's songs cover a myriad of themes including errant lovers, refugees, social media and modern-day paranoias; all delivered through alluring melodies that you can't forget. Now becoming festival and venue favourites, they have played Leek Blues and Americana, Audlem, and Alsager festivals and venues such as Claptrap, Percy’s,  Albert’s Shed, and The Robin. The airwaves have also been alive with the sound of Bluebyrd, with over 200 plays on UK and international radio stations in 2021/22,

In the latest instalment of TMNH the boys talk tik tok trending and have a whole group of no hopers to help along the way... followed by a song from Starry Heights and here is a small bio on the artist check out their socials!

My musical background is largely classical — I just graduated from conservatory with a degree in trumpet. But I also sing and play guitar, and I'm passionate about pop/rock music, so I sometimes record side projects of original music like Paper Tiles. I'm not an expert audio engineer by any means, but I enjoyed getting better at it and making something that was all my own, and I would love the opportunity to reach more people with my work.

The boys are back in town!!! Dan has returned from his Canada trip seeing our good friend Jim! lots of stories from the trip and what Jamie had been up too back home during the break from the show.
