Opensight is notorious for dressing up their songs with suspense, spy themes, hard-boiled action sequences and enigmatic horror passages among other elements, revelling in vintage Genre Film conventions.
Opensight’s new full length “Mondo Fiction” blends the band’s signature heaviness and intensity with themes and motifs that could be featured in iconic scenes: From car chases in a 70s crime film or a plot twist in a murder mystery all the way to a villain’s theme or visiting an old graveyard in a supernatural thriller.
This cracker of a episode is starts off about puppy pickups and cat drop offs leads to some name calling and followed up with what can only be described as a onlyfans fuelled advise segment taken straight from dear Deidre herself!

An accountant by profession and an artist by passion, Marie has been performing a balancing act for years, juggling a full-time job in an international tech company while pursuing her creative dreams. She’s headlined shows and musicals, sung with bands, performed the Philippine National Anthem for a boxing match, and she even transforms into Disney princesses and all manner of characters. She loves performing for children, the youth, and the young at heart, as she hopes to inspire others to find their voice. She is also a firm believer that the skills one learns from theatre and music can do a lifetime of good, not just on the stage but in life, and does her best to pass that along.
Hailing from Cebu, Philippines, she currently lives in the United Kingdom with her husband, where she’s starting to be active in the local theatre and music scene. She continues to write fantasy novels and short stories, and her works have already been published in literary journals, magazines and anthologies. For more info, visit www.mariesinadjan.com.
