COG STUDIOS, Calif. -- The LA Galaxy are on the rebound. After losing to Seattle last weekend, they're entirely focused on Orlando City and that pesky little Pato they bring.

On today's show, hosts Josh Guesman and Sophie Nicolaou are getting you ready for Saturday's early game and telling what else is happening around your Galaxy.

Josh will talk with LA Galaxy II head coach Yoann Damet about the double-header coming up on Saturday. And why it's one of your few chances to see G2 play in front of a crowd at home.

But the real focus of the show will be on the open media availability on Wednesday and what we learned from a pretty intense day for the Galaxy. Is Vanney ramping this team up to find fitness and reliability? Or is he trying to break bad habits with a lot of hard work? Is the answer both?

You'll hear from Vanney and Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez, who talks about playing on concrete and watching the playoffs from his couch. There's some excellent audio there.
