We haven't exactly kicked off our podcast with an introduction so we thought we'd use our third episode to briefly talk about who we are.
How did we get here to the US? Did we play college soccer? How did we all get into coaching? Also, very importantly, how do we legally stay in the US and work?

Ladies and Gentlemen, I introduce you to the Director of High Performance for the US Soccer, Rick Cost! Rick has previously worked with the Dutch National Field Hockey Teams, and a number of top European football teams such as Feyenoord.
Feyenoord noticeably won their Dutch Eredivisie when Rick was working as their Performance director.

He recently spend 38 days in Qatar with the US Men's National Team for the World Cup and we were able to learn a few things from his time there.
Additionaly we've also covered about the youth soccer in the US.

In this episode we have a special guest! Our big boss Eddie Lewis. 
Eddie was born and rasied in Southern California and he signed first professional contract with San Jose Earthquakes and eventually started his journey as a professional footballer in England. He played for Fulham, Preston NE, and Leeeds before coming back home to play with LA Galaxy. 

We get to hear Eddie's stories as footballer including some he's never shared before.
