Instead of enjoying a nice and relaxing holiday weekend, we discuss the latest addition to the "Karen Brigade," yet ANOTHER violent police episode and Miss DJT's penchant for golfing while Americans (and Black Americans at that) continue to lose their lives. I'll be honest we had to dig deep for Good News this week but thankfully we found some in the Florida courts and Twitter actually enforcing their policies (GASP). And of course...we talk about that Joe Biden's "you ain't black" interview. My God.

Spoiler Alert...it wasn't Obama. We then head across the pond to chat about Covid-19 developments in the UK and our American Princess, Meghan Markle. We end our chat by enlightening each other on our Problematic Faves. The (Former) Pied Piper of R&B...and underage girls, R. Kelly, and our majestic and occasionally disappointing queer icon Miss RuPaul Charles. Guess whose fave is whose.

But don't worry, we still find time to discuss Quarantine shenanigans from the White House and others, process the continued abuse of power by police and even give flowers a bit of tea on the Black Legends we lost this past weekend.

We talk messy and irresponsible white people in the form of NY raves and the Trump administration before celebrating the Black & Black Queer excellence of recent Pulitzer Prize winners before finally having to sit and process the recent trauma around Ahmaud Arbery and the continued attacks on Black lives by the state.
