We all have a our routines that we do to keep us going, but what happens when you fall off that routine ? After having my friend visiting this past week, I talk about ways you can get back into your groove when you fall off. 

To make new fitness progress sometimes you have to differ from what you normally do. Your mind needs to be tested to see how you can grow. This week I go over my week without headphones and music and the power of self discipline. 

Do you hate elevators ? Awkward social interactions are something we try to avoid, but what if we embraced them?  We all have certain social settings were we don't feel comfortable in. To practice getting better I am going a week without headphones in my daily life.

After listing to a David Goggins video, he describe how working out with music is hindering your mental growth. His message is you won't always have music or an external force to motivate you, make sure you practice your internal motivation as well. 

This week after going to my friend Ozzy's art show, the importance of the little milestones we achieve are super important.
 

All the most important people in history stuck up for what they believed in when it wasn't common belief. You need to stick to yourself as well on your journey. 

There will always be someone better than you, the important thing is not to rush yourself because of them we are each on our own journey.
