It's one of cinema's biggest legends. The spirit of a child that haunted the set of 1987's "Three Men and a Baby". We also discuss the Russian "Well to Hell" and a hospital room that anyone who checks in doesn't check out. Plus we gather around the jukebox and talk music well after the cafe closes.

Pardon my French. No, seriously, there's a lot of French in this episode and try as I might, I do not pronounce it very well. This week we conclude the legends of the werewolf by learning about the real life animal attacks that occurred in the mid 1700's in the region of Gevaudan, France. An animal attack that, to this day, still remains one of the most confounding unsolved mysteries of history.

Right out the gate, we would like to apologize for the janky audio, 99% of it was recorded off the laptop speakers.  We tried to correct it the best we could, but headphones might be necessary for this one. Anyways, this episode we tackle some random classic urban legends from the past: The Bug in the Ear, The Elaborate Suicide, and The Excellent Cask of Brandy.

In the first part of our two part study of werewolves, we discuss the history of the legend and some of the ways that one can become a werewolf. We also discuss the age old question of who would win in a fight: vampires or werewolves and come to the realization that we can's discuss stuff like that.

It's one of the most notorious dates in history. And as such, it was a prime target for urban legends. Today, we discuss three of the less serious stories surrounding 9/11. We walk a thin line here. But rest assured, we in no way mock what happened that day, just the insanity around it.

Just in time for Easter. This week we tackle the Staten Island Boogeyman, Cropsey. But this is a rare urban legend indeed. Because the legend became cemented in the minds of residents through the actions of a demented child abductor/killer, Andre Rand. Its a first for us as we tell the tale of an urban legend that actually came to life.

College life sucks. But not nearly as bad as it does for the people in today's stories. From botched hazing rituals, to a classroom demonstration that goes awry, today's stories make a case for vocational school.

This week, we dive into the first ever hospital to treat mental illness. Or at least that's what they said they were doing. Instead, their "treatments" amounted to little more than state sanctioned torture. It's a rough one this week. But as the old NBC public service announcements used to say: The More You Know.

This mid week is kind of a different vibe than normal, just one story and more in line with a normal episode, but it's a shorter story and just too much fun in places not to do it So this week we discuss the prototypical Norwegian Black Metal band Mayhem. A band so twisted that by the time they put their first album out, two of the major members were already dead.
