Our EPIC Movie Month Marathon Begins!!

All through the month of September, we're suspending our regular show formats to bring you coverage of some of our favorite films from the worlds of Star Wars, Star Trek, Comic Books, and general geekdom!!

First up, it's the Freaks' tribute to the mighty STAR WARS! Not "A New Hope", "Episode IV" or some stupid "Special Edition". Just plain Star Wars -- 1977 style!! Why they love it and how they first saw it. PERIOD.

In this very funny episode, Chris and Scott celebrate a record download month by doling out the love to their awesome and oh-so-faithful listeners as they dump out the mailbag and plow through massive mounds of --- Listener Feedback!!

Many a varied topic is covered and many a tangenting, yet fascinating ramble is heard.

Then, in the exciting conclusion, the Freaks are joined by Mr. Eric "Greencapt" Peterson and Adam "Earlobe of Agamotto" Thibault for a scary, yet lively (and extremely hilarious) conversation of their half-assed plans and wild expectations for DragonCon in Hot-lanta, Georgia!!

Ok, here's the premise........ Scott has read Grant Morrison's dark and druggy "Arkham Asylum" numerous times. He heard it was great, but he JUST DOESN'T LIKE IT! Why not? He has invited special guest CHRIS JOHNSON, a big fan of this comic, to come on and perhaps help him out. Help him UNDERSTAND. Insightful and entertaining conversation ensues, but will Scott's opinion be swayed? TUNE IN AND FIND OUT!
