Two True Freaks! 2

This is a guest episode of TANGENTS ABOUND about our good friend and Two True Freaks podcaster - Shawn Engel who we lost about a year ago.Check out his excellent podcast HEREToday's Tangent is a much more serious one my friends. For on this day one year ago, a great man was lost. His name was Shawn Engel. This week's episode has the largest cast of guest-hosts ever on the show and I'm pretty darn sure will ever have! It is my most sincerest wish that if Shawn's family finds this little show, that they may be able to draw some comfort from how their loved one affected his friends and one complete stranger.Today we remember one of the best of us.His light will burn forever in our hearts.

Its not a bird! Its not a plane! Its Super! And by Super I mean twice as Super! Why? Because our latest Superhero show in the Berlanti-verse, SUPERGIRL, has seen fit to bring the one, the only SUPERMAN back to the small screen. How did we react? Well, SCOTT 2.0, SCOTT MCGREGOR and BRIAN HUGHES get together for an impromptu Five Minute Freak to discuss their thoughts on the Two-Part Supergirl story with the Man of Steel. Sit back as Scott and Brian discuss the latest incarnation of Superman on the small screen and compare him to everyone, except maybe Kirk Alyn. They kinda forgot about him. Oh, well. They also go on many a tangent, discuss everything but the economy and the current election, and everyone else was the better for it.

Scott "The Wall" McGregor assembles his own Suicide Squad to discuss the new movie from the DC Extended Universe. He is joined by a rag tag crew of miscreants including Beth and Brian Hughes, Sean Foster, Jason Jaconetti and Chris "The Joker, the smoker, the midnight toker" Honeywell. Will this squad throw rotten tomatoes at the film or were there some redeeming features of this David Ayers action movie that moves the DC cinematic universe forward in a positive way? And remember, if you don't listen to this podcast, we hold the remote control for those neck explosives we had installed while you were sleeping last night.
