No more so that DIET! we must have, between us, tried every diet under the sun and know deep down its not healthy - and the relationship between weight gain and alcohol is, we thought, nailed on! BUT not according to our special guest Sandra Roycroft-Davies. Her hugely successful Thinking  Slimmer for Weight Loss programme encourages retraining your brain for as little time as 9 minutes a day. This power of suggestive thought works for alcohol too, I'm totally sold!!  where do I sign?

No its been such an amazing journey and we have met so many interesting people - the quality of guests has been outstanding and this week Brandon Block does not disappoint - we are ex-ravers from this generation, to paraphrase Brandon, we all need to just grow up (ha ha) but amazing and inspirational work. We are really excited to bring you this weeks podcast, all about motivation and determination and core values. We interview Scotty Mills who has done a million and one amazing things being a special forces elite commander. You wouldn't think there was much cross over with South London mums of a certain age, but there is so much to take from his philosophy - He talks about his book Never Give In and how his techniques can be used to support from young children to national football teams !
