Victoria and I dip our toes into the world of the arrows, focusing here on the arrow-to-One. We touch into the Riso-Hudson "integration/disintegration" view, and shine light on the less-well-known Chestnut-Paes "evolutionary/devolutionary" perspective, which says that either arrow direction can be accessed in both conscious/healthy and unconscious/unhealthy ways.

And as always, we share examples from our own life, with our aim of offering a clear picture from inside of the Four psyche, as well as detailing the practices that can help Fours rise above the morass of personality into the full-spectrum shine of our simple human nature.
