In this episode of the International Enneagram Association podcast, we reach into the 2007 archives to share this session by Peter O’Hanrahan, an Enneagram teacher and trainer since 1978, and Marion Gilbert, an R.P.T. who has been practicing physical therapy since 1978. Peter and Marion talk about the Embodied Enneagram, a holistic view of people and personality type, and the three center approach to the Enneagram–mind, heart and body. They also lead in some breathing and stretching exercises.
