Saying goodbye to things that have been weighing me down since 5th grade (literally lol) This episode is all about the process I went through in getting approved for my breast reduction, along with Q+As from you all about the journey and my feelings about it all! In this solo episode, I talk about how even though it seems like confidence is a "bad thing", it's all about what kind of confidence you have and how you express it. No one can ever be 100% confident 100% of the time, but there are ways to regain lost confidence, find it for the first time, and realize how confidence is beneficial for you. Even through situations like toxic relationships, bad days, and hard points in our lives, there is always a reason to be proud of yourself and how you handled yourself during that time.
