Real healing is done alone. It's done internally. It's ugly. But i wanted to share this with you as i'm moving through transitions and feeling the rawness of life... you don't feel so alone on your journey. Could have talked for years with Edwige. This conversations a special one that every one of us can resonate with to some degree. What we all share in common, is we all have a body. And when we tune into what our bodies are trying to tell us, we can work with it, rather than against it, to truly heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
