Listen to U Talk, I'll Listen

Justin B. Long grew up in a household where his parents' trauma affected how he was raised. He grew up lacking self-worth and the relationship and communication skills he needed, and he did not know how to overcome his anger and negative thoughts. He tried several means of escaping the negativity and trauma in his life, including alcohol and joining the army, but when nothing else was working, he attended a 12-step meeting that changed his life forever. Listen as Justin tells the story of his childhood trauma, newfound vulnerability, and his mental health healing journey by trying things like EMDR therapy.
