"隨著教會在21世紀走上宣教的前線，我們呼籲每個會友背起自己的十字架來完成宣教的使命。 今天的講道提醒我們，上帝賜給每個人都有獨特的恩賜和事奉的崗位；因此，每個人都在宣教中要各司其職、各盡其責，每個人的參與都很重要。 唯有全教會共同努力完成神的使命，才能將福音傳遍全世界，才能完成這看似不可能的使命。

The work of missions is changing in the 21st century. With most of the framework “to the ends of the earth” nearly complete, the process of “filling” now takes priority. As we draw nearer to Christ’s return, churches and Christians now bear the greater responsibility in missions work and not just those crossing to unknown cultures. Today’s sermon renews the timeless call to followers of Jesus Christ to not be apathetic, but to maintain a constant attitude of preparedness in doing the right things as God’s missional community to reach the world. Then we will together be ready to respond to Christ’s question at the end of Matthew 25 when He returns.

教會存在地上的目的，就是為了傳福音，完成主的大使命。如果教會停止傳福音，就等於失去教會存在的意義和價值。今天盼望我們要透過三方面的認識，來了解宣教，也再次點燃我們對宣教火熱的心。

宣教工作在21世紀已在改變。 隨著「直到世界的末了」的架構差不多接近完成，如今的優先是「充實」的過程。 基督的再來越來越靠近，教會和基督徒在宣教工作中要承擔更大的責任，不僅是那些跨越到未知文化的同工。 今天的講道再次呼籲耶穌基督的門徒不要冷漠，乃要保持持續不斷的準備的狀態，帶著上帝的宣教使命走向世界做正確的事。 這樣，當基督再來時，我們將一起準備好回應馬太福音 25 章發出的問題。

There are two main claims about the resurrection, either Jesus truly resurrected or it was a story made up by the disciples as ordered by the chief priests for the guards to spread, and the only thing that Christians must do today for the lie to continue spreading, is to remain silent about it. But this is our mission, God is calling us all to make disciples who live in the identity of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, who would live out the resurrected Christ daily by obeying His commandments.

神子耶稣在约旦河里接受了施洗约翰的洗礼拉开了宣道的序幕，这福音就是先知预言中的弥赛亚，他是救人脱离罪恶权势的基督。

關於耶穌的復活，主要有兩種說法，一是耶穌真的復活了，二就是兵丁照祭司長的囑咐說，門徒把祂偷走了。今天，為了讓謊言繼續傳播，基督徒必須做的唯一一件事就是對此沉默不語。這是我們的使命。上帝在呼召我們帶門徒，是帶著聖父、聖子、聖靈的印記生活，並且每天遵守祂的誡命來活出基督的復活。

There are many things we want to pass on to our children- our business, our homes, our treasures. But we often miss out the most important thing to pass on to them: wisdom for life. The book of Proverbs contains godly wisdom. What wisdom does it want to give to us, to pass on to our future generation? Let us learn from it together.

基督徒都当专心仰赖耶和华，因祂是世界的创造者，是智慧的源头，祂赐给人明辨是非的心和滋润骨髓的灵。因此，只有坚信上帝、仰赖救主、紧随基督，才是专心仰赖耶和华。

有一項研究談到成年人每天總共要做 33,000 到 35,000 個決定，包括吃什麼、穿什麼、說什麼以及如何說，如何處世，怎樣待人。它還說，人每天花大約兩個小時來仔細考慮，然後決定這樣做或是那樣做，而大多數決定都是憑直覺做出的，依賴喜好，而不是憑智慧來做決定。結果造成許多問題、虧損、煩惱、更是遺憾。 怎樣才能有智慧面對這一些呢？ 箴言 3:5-6 給了我們答案 – 專心仰賴耶和華上帝是獲得智慧的途徑。
