家庭是神在創世開始設立的。所以沒有人可否認家庭很重要。無論屬主或不是，家庭是社會最基本的單位，也是個人成長最適宜的環境。所以要達到一個蒙福的家是不簡單。但是聖經很早就讓我們知道了，教我們怎樣達到神所賜福的家庭。

雖然人人都想要看到自己的家是快樂的，但是，都是用自己的方法去做，很少人願意遵從神的方法去達到。

We sometimes feel that God does not hear us, that He doesn’t care, because we are feeling anxious and hopeless. But the Bible tells us that we should “Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness.” (James 1:2-3) “Huh?” might be our reaction. We feel anxious and hopeless, and God tells us to count trials as joy?

What values are important to your family? Truthfulness, obedience, keeping your word? Or, loyalty, serving one another, and doing what is right? These are some values each family considers important. However, are we living out these values? Do we teach them to our children, yet fail to do them?

犹太人有一个故事，提到一位拉比给他的学生考试，题目是怎么样才能证明黑夜已尽，白日将至。第一个学生说：“当我们能清楚分辨远处的牲畜，说出牠是牛或者是狗？”拉比回答“不对”。另一位学生回答，“当我们看着远处的树，能指出他是无花果或是桃树。”拉比又说“不对”。面对这样的问题，学生们反问老师到底是什么呢？拉比说，“当你看见男人和女人，而把他视为你的弟兄和你的姐妹的时候。倘若你不是如此，无论什么时候，都仍然是在黑漆的夜里。”这个故事很有智慧也很有意思，使我们知道没有爱的人，永远都住在黑暗当中。

第十一條誡命是什麼？上帝不是只給摩西十條誡命而不是十一條嗎？是的，上帝頒發十誡給摩西。但聖經也記載上帝藉主耶穌基督給我們另一條新的命令，我稱之為第十一條誡命。這誡命是什麼？為何是新的呢？我們又該如何實踐出來呢？

“Love recognizes no barriers.” This quote by Maya Angelou encapsulates the randomness and intensity of loving someone; it also reminds us that we should love regardless of race, creed, or religion. Jesus Christ, on the other hand, commands us to love like He loved us. 

My precious Lord Jesus, forgive me for all the times I wanted You to answer my prayers my way, and for all the times I complained about my circumstances. I know that Your plans are always for my good. #ChoosingYou means that I have to be patient and trust You whatever happens because You are in control of my life, and because You love me with an everlasting love. I pray that my thoughts, my words, and my actions will bring honor and glory to God. This I pray in Your Name. Amen.
