Former U.S. Air Force official David Grusch recently filed a $2.5 million lawsuit against the Loudoun County, Virginia, Sheriff’s Office for the alleged improper release last year of “highly sensitive, personal information” to a former reporter of The Intercept. The reporter, Ken Klippenstein, was sicced onto Grusch in the summer of 2023 by multiple people within the intelligence community and Department of Defense in an apparent effort to smear Grusch after he testified before a U.S. House committee on alleged UFO crash retrieval and reverse engineering programs.
