Hello angels, Sitting in a room full of people and still feeling alone is one of the worst feelings I have felt, but I took myself out that room, sat by myself and learnt so many beautiful qualities about myself. I took myself on dates and realised I’m going to spend the rest of my life with myself so I may aswell love my own company and accept its okay to be alone but not lonely. You deserve to feel the same, I love you.

The road to body positivity may be unclear but I want to help you into recognising every ‘imperfection’ about yourself is a mark of beauty and evidence of a beautiful woman. There is no such thing as a ‘flaw’ however there is perfection which is your body, don’t believe society and social media in tricking you into thinking you need to change any aspect about yourself. recently I’ve had this ever present feeling of sadness and just blah, I’ve been waking up in the mornings with no energy to do anything. But that is okay. It’s okay to not be okay, sometimes you don’t need to ‘fix yourself’ you need to heal. Wallow in your emotions and create something beautiful with it. I love you so much.

The shame and disparity of not fitting into the mould of a person acceptable to those around you, I’ve felt it and maybe so have you. There is no shame in being you, celebrate your individuality and express your differences as beauty because you are incredible.
