Next, in honour of one year of the podcast's existence, your hosts hand out a collection of year-end awards in the first annual UBBies. Who was the 12th man of the year? What about the UBB Enemy of the Year? And who will go down as the very best Poster from the first 12 months of the podcast? Then, in the Segment We're Trying Out This Week, an old favourite is reprised, and Sean Keane's impression expertise takes over in another round of Sean Keane's NBA Reaction Theatre. • Mascots Are the Opiates of the Masses
This week Katie and Sean reflect on the last 11 months of NBA activism in the wake of the guilty verdict in the George Floyd Murder Trial before pivoting into a Knicks-heavy back three quarters of the show. They chat about the Knicks' surprising 8-game winning streak and why they are such a fun story in a season with so few of those going on. In another round of Mascot Theory, Sean and Katie dig into the Knicks' notable lack of a mascot, the reasons why they don't have one, and some options if they were to join the right side of history and introduce one. Lastly, in The Segment We're Trying This Week, Sean throws Katie a series of quotes from James Dolan and Doug Ford, and Katie is forced to answer the age old question: is it Dolan or Doug? They also close things outs with their Posters of the Week as per usual.

  • Reelin' In Kelly Dwyer
Today on the 50th episode of Uhh, Basketball?, Katie and Sean are joined by basketball blogging legend Kelly Dwyer to talk about the uptick in injuries across the NBA, including Jamal Murray's very upsetting ACL tear, as well as Anthony Edwards' continued rise up the endearing player power rankings. • 'Bobi Get The Vacuum'
This week Katie and Sean get a liiittle bit of complaining about the Ontario provincial government off their chests before they get right into the NBA buyout market. Why are people upset when players who had their value questioned for weeks choose to go to a contender? Being noble in the NBA for the sake of optics is dumb. Sean subjects Katie to a personality quiz so the both of them can figure out which team to bandwagon the rest of the season, and NBA friendships are put to the test in the Segment We're Trying Out This Week, with the inaugural Buddy Bracket.

  • Trade Deadline’s Over if You Want It
The trade deadline has come and gone and so has its emotional and mental toll. Reeling from the day, Sean and Katie record their reactions but particularly revel for a long and unhinged while in the news that Kyle Lowry will remain a Toronto Raptor. They then rank trades from best to worst in terms of what the vibe return was for each team involved. Sorry this one gets a little loose, but it's been a long day.

In The Segment We're Trying Out This Week, Sean and Katie take their inspiration from Adrien Brody and HBO and attempt to cast a handful of NBA-themed TV series. Specific depressing things include: the league's virtue signalling, tossing science aside, and the urgency to play through a pandemic. They then scrounge up 3 joyful basketball things each to take from the year, which helped.
