In this episode I give a review on the Nike Bo Air One. Phenomenal sneaker, I give it a 4.5/5 overall. It’s a durable and versatile sneaker, but does lack in some functionality.

Nike Freaks - A sneaker I have had for about two years. I was looking for something to invest in for what I do on the daily, these shoes have proven to be a solid choice. It is one of the best basketball sneakers I have ever worn. I also recommend them for other uses like strength training and daily use.

My intro episode to basketball and cross training gear reviews. I have always been big into what makes a good sneaker/gear in general so I want to provide the public with an in depth understanding of what they’re buying in a practical sense and not just want the producer tells you.

Officially three weeks worth of content. I have appreciated every bit of this experience and I am happy with myself in keeping up with it. Change is a must and I am going to switch up my daily episodes, but I am glad that I proved to myself I can maintain this momentum. Happy mofo Tuesday!
