She shares strategies on how to address random 1 stars that are just angry or negative. No reply is a reply, so be sure to communicate your appreciation for their feedback as much as you do for positive reviewers.

But seriously, make sure you are surrounding yourself with the people who are all for you but willing to share the truth in love. The 5 star people are nice to have around but aren't always being honest or telling you what you need to hear and the 1 star people are being negative and most likely don't have your best interest in mind. It's the 3 and 4 star people that want you to be your best.
