Ratchel Pinlac is the Founder and CEO of Pinsy, a shapewear brand that eliminates the shame of a “hidden secret” by making it fashionable outerwear. Ratchel, who started wearing shapewear at age 9 as she struggled with negative body image issues, shares how she grew frustrated with the lack of shapewear options in department stores.  On a mission to elevate women’s self-confidence, Ratchel left her corporate job to bootstrap Pinsy and grow a massive following on TikTok, where her customers share all the creative ways they wear Pinsy from daytime casual to evening wear.
