Tiffany Wallace is my guest today and she shares her story of building both her in person and online businesses. 

Her journey to developing her program and the passion behind it comes from her experience of taking fitness and especially dieting/food to the extreme after losing her mom. 

Today, she works with women who want to ditch the skinny fat body type and mind fuck around food so they can be fit AF without getting stuck in food rules, 1200 calorie diets, and all the BS that isn't actually going to get you to the toned body you're after.
