Mental health can seem taboo and definitely not the first thing on your mind as a soon to be or new mother. Mental health for moms prenatal, postnatal, perinatal is so very important for her wellbeing. So we focused in on not just postpartum mental health but the health before, during, and after birth to help moms understand that at all points if you ae feeling overwhelmed, just bearing with it, or like you are about to get to a point of not being in control that it is okay to get help and for as long as you need starting from the point you need it. You are mom but you don’t have to bear it or be strong alone. I sat down with Perinatal Wellness Coach The Doula Therapist of Golden Aura Wellness Niketa Pechan and we had a great conversation about stigmas, recognizing the signs, when to get help, where to get help, and how to get help among other things. Listen in and join us.

You are Mommy and Superwoman and Sometimes it is Synonymous but it is not the same. Everyone wants us as a Mom to be and do all the things but there is the point where we have to take the cape off to make sure we are being the best we can be and that is okay. We have to take the time to Recharge, Resync, and Reset so that we can operate in our best selves for our homes and business. So today we take a Mommy Moment to discuss what this looks like on our journey of MommyHood and Entrepreneurship. Listen in and join me.

Marriage and Relationships are work and dare I say hard. So we touch on some Marriage Goals, Relationship Goals, and Communication goals while providing relatable stories, applicable tips, and transparency from a group of Marriage Experts who came by to assist us in getting really real about what we want from our marriage and relationships. I sat down with Marriage Coach Imani Aieshah (Specialty Restoring Intimacy and Friendship in your Relationship), Ronna Cason & Ernie Cason of Married Into Crazy Specializing in Marriage Communication. We had a really amazing and real conversation around transparency, divorce, intentionality, pettiness, conflict, shifts and more. Listen in and join us.
In Just 5 Minutes you can practice Mindfulness and Meditation for kids and YOU. Self-Care is also being able to integrate what will serve us with our children so that there won’t be a reason or excuse to put things off including ourselves. We have to take care of ourselves as mothers, even if we have the kids around. So today, we're going to be focusing on one area of self-care for us and our kids that can be done together. On this episode, I spoke with the owner and founder of Decide Balance about how to do meditation and mindfulness with kids. We had a really great conversation about making it a regular practice and a part of your everyday life in just 5 Minutes.
