In this weeks episode we have the pleasure of having Kyla's husband Jake back on the podcast.

Jake and Kyla talk about the struggles they went through postpartum with their first child and how they decided they weren't going to go down that path again with baby number two.

You'll get the mothers perspective and the fathers side as well.

They both detail their 3+ year experiences with the company and share never before told stories as to why they made their exit from the Beachbody coaching world and what they're doing now.    This episode is NOT meant to bash Team Beachbody in any way, but rather a chance to answer the always popular question of "so why did you quit/leave Beachbody?" It's up to us to break generational cycles!

 

When they say "it runs in the family" we say "and this is where it runs out."

 

We've all been there, where the path we're on in life just doesn't quite seem right anymore. Maybe we're feeling unfulfilled. Maybe we're burnt out. Or maybe we've just found something new that ignites our souls.    Regardless of the reason, on today's episode, through life seasons and lessons of their own, Chelsey & Kyla talk about how it's perfectly okay to rewrite your story, mid-script.   Listen and share a few laughs as they talk about their childhoods and the college journeys that got them to where they are today, exactly where they're suppose to be.    We hope to leave you feeling confident in yourself to make those decisions that you may be putting off and to trust your gut, after all, it's only us that has to live our lives each day. So let's start a trend of going out and getting what we want, no matter how many times we have to rewrite and/or edit our stories.   

We all have habits and inherently there is nothing wrong with having them. Some habits are useful such as making your bed in the mornings, exercising, resetting your space before bed other habits like drinking too much caffeine, eating out too much, or staying up to late - are not as useful.

Breaking unwanted habits can be extremely difficult for a number of reasons but Chelsey and I help break down a few tips on how you can slowly turn those unwanted habits away.

4. Make it unsatisfying 

5. Name and know your why

6. Prepare for slip ups

7. Give it time
