This is a very special episode because this is our first guest episode on TeenTunes by Unbinary Life podcast, that too with a teenager.
Now, you may argue that what is so special about it and what's in it for you? Well, irrespective of your age or gender, let us tell you that the purity, innocence, and simplicity of thoughts you will hear from this teenage girl, is something that most of us can only aspire to reach.
Unfortunately, as we grow in age, we lose all these attributes and tend to become more corrupt in our thoughts. Not that we intentionally do so, but circumstances and society around us shape us up in that way.
The guest of this episode is a 13 yr old teenage girl, Anvi Saumya, who hails from Ranchi, India. She studies in 7th standard and she has a superpower. The superpower of thinking right and questioning things.
And we will not be the first one to tell you the importance of asking the right questions and the importance of thinking right. ;)
Just a fun fact, Anvi also happens to be the niece of Kundan. But, this is not the reason why she is here on the podcast with us. She is here by means of her own personality. You will soon find out why she is so special. Hope you enjoy listening to this episode.
We are sure, you all can pick so much from this conversation, just the way we did. :)

Have you ever come across a saying, "Good things happen to good people"?
In Hindi, we say that "अच्छे लोगों के साथ हमेशा अच्छा होता है।"
Do you believe that?
Now, if we see it from the lens of Unbinary then, we do not believe in absolute statements. For this statement too, there is a yes and no component to it. The degree of "Yes" and "No" varies from person to person.
And we let you decide on this degree for yourself.
But, with this episode of the Unbinary Life Podcast, we want you to think of the good picture and how the choices we make, create an impact on how we feel. This episode is more of a candid conversation between Kundan and Ruchi where you may resonate with either of them at different instances of the podcast.
Enjoy listening to this one. :)

If given a choice between under-thinking and over-thinking, what will you choose?
Think, think! Not too much or too less, but just what is required. ;)
We are super creative when it comes to thinking. That is one of the easiest accessible tools for us and guess what it is free of cost. Ah! now you know why we think so much......
Well, this episode covers nuances of your daily lives, may it be the tension due to the WhatsApp last seen feature or reactions from friends, family or others.

Nobody teaches us how to deal with heartbreaks, loss of life, and other challenges in life, we eventually experience them, and learn to live with it.
Learning to live with it does not necessarily guarantee that you have learned to deal with it.
Throughout this episode, you will find instances from your life being discussed where Ruchi represents YOU and Kundan will share ways by which you can learn to deal with your emotions strongly.
Now, this isn't any one-time medicine that you consume and you will excel in handling your emotions. The practices shared in this podcast are only useful if you start implementing them in your daily life.
You can't build your muscles overnight, right?
Same way, handling emotions require a different skill that you learn with practice. The more you practice, the more you get better at it. If ever you are emotionally stuck in your life, you can revisit this podcast and hopefully, you will come out of your emotional turmoil soon.

Ever since childhood, we are exposed to comparisons, whether with siblings, cousins, or others.
These comparisons and differences exist in almost every country – tall/short, fair/dark, white/brown, rich/poor, literate/illiterate….. and the list never seems to end.
It appears as if as human beings we love differences in everything.
Well, there is no harm in loving the differences as long as these differences do not create negativity around you and others.
Do you think that differences bring either an inferiority or superiority complex in people? As far as we have seen and observed, such complexes either lead to lower self-confidence or make people arrogant. Neither is good as you can figure out.
In today’s episode, Kundan and Ruchi will discuss how “Being different can be your superpower” and how you can deal with issues related to bullying, rejection, etc.
Do listen to the entire episode for some real-life examples and experiences.

Imagine a big circle with a dot at the center. The center is us and the circle around us is our force field. You can understand the field as our influence. Now, what happens if there is another dot or say somebody else comes with their own force field. It will interact with our force field or our influence.
The interaction’s outcome is going to depend not only by the other person but also by myself. Since I do not have control over the other circle, I will focus more on my own self and on my influence to have an outcome that is desired to me. And that's why the "self" is so important.
Let's take the example of our solar system. Imagine Sun being alone in the universe having all its force field around. Now we introduce Earth, Mars, and Venus but now we’ll keep it free. As these three dots or planets comes under the influence of the Sun, some action takes place.
The Earth influences the Sun, and the Sun influences the Earth and similarly for Mars and Venus. Now if you see out of these interactions, only on Earth, life is born whereas on Mars and Venus, no life is supported.
We are not saying that the sun has a consciousness to decide and choose the planet, it is just an example to make you understand that we are at the centre of our universe and how we interact with others has a very important impact on our lives. Since we are human beings, and we can communicate we have more ways to make things right then just interacting with the force field and that is what we are going to learn in this episode.
