Unboxing Life

Spoilers ahead but the boys may have given the funniest traditions bit this episode. Also, hurricane season is in full force for 2021 with Hurricane Elsa on the way and the boys discuss climate change, helping those in need during destructive times, and how early civilizations might have reacted to and dealt with inclement weather. Bear Grylls from Man vs Wild catches a stray and the guys talk light plans for the Unboxing Life Podcast’s first anniversary!

Cameron comes thru for the podcast with his very first recommendation for the Music Box segment with Cash Cash's latest album, "Say It Like You Feel It"! Is it trash bins or is it cash money? You'll have to tune in to find out! No spoilers here, baby!

For the second time in Unboxing Life history, the boys are down a man, this time being David, but the show must go on! The rest of the crew deliver great discussions on the upcoming 2020 Olympics, first impressions of the newest Fast & Furious movie (F9), a quick story on the Revenge of the Mummy ride at Universal Studios, as well as impressions of Pixar’s newest movie Luca and Pixar’s legacy in general.

The boys get their right hands wrapped up in a mess with this episode as they tackle the 2014 anime, Parasyte: The Maxim. They deliver a free-flowing conversation about the opening song and animation, characters, pivotal plot points, and their overall thoughts on the show!

Hype overload this episode, baby! Rocio dropped a bomb on the boys with her newly released vlog of her and Trev's recent trip to New York City and the guys react! Also in hype news, the guys discuss all the new gaming goodies that dropped in the past couple weeks with titles such as Halo Infinite, Battlefield 2042, Starfield, FarCry 6, Elden Ring, Breath of the Wild 2, and more. The guys wrap up by giving the games they're most hyped for out of the bunch.

The boys continue their Brian residency with a drunk variety episode! If you recall from episode 20, the boys played Family Feud and eBay “Guess the Price”, and they deliver a sequel to that hilarious episode with this one! Play along as we holler and yell out over games that mean literally nothing!

The boi himself, Brian (aka Vis), joins the guys for a special (somewhat drunk) episode of Music Box, where they cover the one and only Art Angels by Grimes! The Unboxing Life boys take you on an audio adventure as they unbox Claire Boucher’s 4th studio album, track by track!

The finest music podcast on the planet returns for its semi-weekly album review, this time covering “Scaled and Icy”, Twenty One Pilots’ newest effort! Trev tells his Mulberry Street story from his recent NYC trip and the guys unbox the track list one by one, some giving praise and others saying “meh”. A mixed bag on this iteration of Music Box!

The boys shift gears in the most dramatic 180 degree way possible from the oppressively dark Attack on Titan to the lovely joyfulness that is Rent-a-Girlfriend on this installment of Anime Box! The guys discuss everything from the opening animation to the ending scene in an open and free flowing conversation style, much like the way Kazuya lives his life haphazardly. Spoilers ahead, baby!

Aye yo, it's just another bomb pod! The boys hop in the DeLorean for a trip back to the streets of 1992 with a classic review of Rage Against The Machine's eponymous debut album!
