Recently I made a very impactful act of letting go. It was me starting 2024 in a bold & intentional way, making space for peace, love and all the blessings to come in this New Year.

This was a very personal moment for me in my healing journey and here I openly share it with with you.

The winter cold can sometimes bring on additional pain, inflammation and flares. In this episode I talk about ways I prepare myself for the cold weather ahead. Being prepared puts ME in control and creates a positive mindset that will carry me through whatever this winter has in store.
