  • 32: Reach out ~<3
Welcome back. Another Wednesday. This is a small trigger warning. We talk about depression for a moment. About suicidal thoughts. Thing is in life, everyone has problems. Problems that you may or may not see. It is hard to know what is going on in someone's life. Please reach out if you have felt like you hit rock bottom and you feel hopeless and scared. We have a lot of numbers to help those that need it. There is nothing wrong with getting help. If you have someone you care about make sure they know that. Life is a beautiful and wonderful thing. You can't turn back time. Tell your mom and dad you love them even after a fight. Make sure your friends are okay and that they are not alone. Message that person you know that is going through a hard time. Be nice be caring. Hotlines are in the stalk notes. Just keep scrolling.
