Many of us have very good intentions when it comes to living in gratitude.  I have a box of awesome journals I planned to write in every day to remind myself of how greatful I should be every minute of every day.  Life up from zero (tm) is a mental activity to remind yourself of what you have not what you are striving for or wishing for.  It is simple, active, and only takes a few minutes of your time every day.  Hope it helps you like it does me.

The theme of everypodcast this week has been how the virus response will chnage us long term.  After the pandemic has been dealt with, how will our lives be changed for good?  What kind of changes may be requested or demanded after this trial by virus?

It has been almost two weeks since the pandemic reality really started to sink in here.  For all the fumbling and bumbling of government, people of all types and accross all industries are figuring it out quick.   And, I think, that is worth talking about!

I don't know where you have been living but I have been freaked out on some level for the last 20 years.  Pandemic has just kicked it into a higher gear.  I talk about that today as I turn away from politics for some real talk between you and me.
