There are 5 undercurrents I see over and over again when I work with clients. I like to think of them as the undertow of your business, churning under the surface and taking you in a different direction than you think you are going.
What we often don't realize is that we can face the undercurrents head on and decide to change how we interact with them, so that we can propel our business forward.
In this episode, you'll hear my explanation of the 5 secret undercurrents and how to shift your mindset to work through them so you and your business can keep growing. I share examples of how these undercurrents can show up and how to overcome them so you can embrace and share your authentic truth through your work.
Are you struggling with one (or more) of the secret undercurrents? Let's talk about how to overcome them, so your business can finally flourish in the way you know it can

If you could create your own identity as a therapist, coach or healer - what would that look like to you? What would be the most authentic?
You don't have to fit into the narrow, rigid box of what the world thinks a therapist or coach should be like. You don't have to fit the status quo of how you run your practice. I'm here to give you permission to do things differently - in the most aligned, authentic way - that only you can decide. For us uncommon therapists, coaches, and healers, owning our truth often means that it guides us to a divergent path. We might be pulled toward taking a road less traveled.
In this episode, I am helping you to understand sacred defiance and how it relates to your practice. You'll hear why you should ditch the way the world thinks you should run your business and step into your truth.

Have you ever felt called to something more - something better? At first, it often comes as a little nudge that tells you there is something bigger out there for you. This is one of my favorite topics to chat about because it comes up a lot when I'm talking with therapists and coaches.
I am going to share three things that you can do when you're feeling called to "more." I share why you shouldn't ignore this call and what I know to be true about stepping outside of the traditional path.
