Kara is a bridal coach that helps brides navigate the stressful engagement period, build strong relationships with those that matter most, and manage wedding drama with grace.
She talks about how she recognized the need for this service throughout her own experience as a bride. Kara and I discuss some of the big changes that occur for brides after they get engaged and what challenges this can bring up for a lot of people.

It's time to be exactly who you are! You don't have to fit into this one-size-fits-all box of what society or your professional colleagues think you should be doing.
In this episode, we're exploring why you should carve your own path and do what feels right for you. I give you a glimpse into my own journey and how I carved my uncommon path from a psychologist to coach to entrepreneur.

In this episode, I had Jessica Carson on to talk about this balance and how it all comes down to how we're wired as humans.

You'll hear about Holly's personal evolution, her background in nutrition and hypnotherapy, why you need to make it a daily practice to be authentically you, how to embrace your unconventional spirit, and what she currently offers in her practice.
