Known for being one of the worlds greatest skiers of her time, Allison had a career-ending knee injury that forced her to retire in 2008. Since then, Allison has translated life as an Olympian to her career as a Brand + Marketing visionary for several apparel companies who have been committed to getting people to move. There is a trend that we want to see someone else go first. We want someone to pave the way to show us what is possible. Kahla was bored one day and began reading electrical manuals when she discovered that this could be a trade of great interest to her. However, when she couldn’t find another female to apprentice under, it made her question, “Where are all the women at?" Following her passion, finding her way and sharing the stories – with comedic relief included – have made for one heck of an electrician. It’s safe to say: she is not your average tradesperson! If you show up to ultra-endurance cycling events, you know Alexandera. This cycling legend has broken records, won races, travelled across North America on her single-speed steed and made an effort to *not* show up in the media. Her life is precious and who she chooses to share her time and her stories with really matters to her. Kerri and I worked together at lululemon over a decade ago. Kerri appeared as the “perfect American woman”. Fast forward to turning 39yrs old, when she began questioning everything. Instead of becoming small, Kerri took this moment in life to truly: expand! She shifted and changed, her priorities did as well.
