Tash, the 'fairy founder' of Nourish'd Café and Juicery is an advocate of all things plant-based. From vegan dining to sustainable business practices, Tash is a jack of all trades when it comes to eco-conscious living. Not only is she a sassy powerhouse, businesswoman, she is also a super mom to her daughter, Mimi, and of course her pup, Marlie. Tash recently celebrated the 6th year anniversary of the opening of the original Nourish'd Café on Kloof Street, and since opening, has spread her love of vegan food to almost every corner of Cape Town. She is on the cusp of relocating the Obs store to Newlands and creating a central processing production facility/ cafe in Salt River.

She is incredibly passionate about ensuring that her business is run in a way that is earth-loving and wants to see the same for all businesses in Cape Town.

Gina Myers is a make-up artist, influencer, motivational speaker, TV personality, and MC. Although to an everyday person, her career may seem focused on making women look beautiful on the outside but she is motivated by a desire to empower all women and, specifically, to help them to see their own inner beauty and strength. Gina has been a good friend for many years and I cannot wait for this episode!

Susana is a passionate speaker, entrepreneur, producer, philanthropist, eternal optimist & intuitive transformational coach with a dynamic 15-year career in the Media and Entertainment industries. Her primary passion to celebrate individuals and help them reach their full potential has always been at the forefront of the work she does. From producing and directing captivating films, to volunteering her time and resources to underprivileged communities, as well as working on multiple passion projects with fellow industry experts. Susana does this all in the name of empowering people to be the best version of themselves and live out her life’s mission to serve.

Davey is an adventurer, speaker, author, and entrepreneur. He has cycled the continent of Africa, paddled the Amazon river, and is currently director of the plant-based food tech business Herbivore earth foods, which was recently invested in its series A by Tiger Brands & Secha Capital.
