    On this episode of the podcast we discuss Ladder Safety Awareness while climbing up and down a ladder. 
     
    Gravity is always working against us while we climb up the ladder, so it is important that the ladder is set up on solid level ground, at the appropriate angle and as we climb we are maintaining three points of contact at all times.  When we are working from the ladder, we must not over reach to either side of the ladder.
