    This week we discuss Cold Stress hazards since I was in Minnesota last week walking project sites.  Make sure you know the signs of cold related illnesses and other hazards associated with working in the cold.  Slips and falls can occur because of site conditions as well.

    Today we go Under the Hardhat with Noel Schroeder from AFPG. 
    First he share's his best practice that he shared with our Safety Team Call on Virtual Teams Training (1:10) . 
    Then we get into the safety 6-pack where we learned how Noel got into Safety (4:57), what his typical day looks like as a Safety Director (9:11), and his goals (both personal and professional) are in 2021 (11:12).  Then Noel told us what improvements he would make to our program if he could (15:05).  We close our conversation with a discussion on risk transfer (23:45) and finally discuss what he does for fun and relaxation (26:18).
