The NWA was once the major player in pro wrestling before the WWE become a global corporation. Now that Billy Corgan has revived the NWA and Cody Rhodes is the NWA Heavyweight Champion, what’s next. Tom and I discuss how the NWA could be the start of a new way for wrestlers to freely move acoss promotions and have more power on where and what they do. It’s been a couple weeks since Starrcast and All In, so Tom and I finally get time to talk about our experience. After talking about our fun at the events, I ponder the question on why CM Punk fans can’t realize he’s done with wrestling. Dr Death talked about being released from WWE after being injured in the Brawl for All and discussed his time in WCW with Oklahoma. Hulk Hogan has been reinstated into the WWE hall of Fame, but will it be that easy to win back the Hulkamaniacs that looked up to him before his fall from grace. Tom and I discuss our thoughts on the subject and what we hope Hogan will do with this opportunity. Plus this week’s Hot Tag covers a few of the latest trending topics in profesional wrestling.

The Bullet Club is still one of the hottest factions in profesional wrestling, but with the recent splintering of the group could these mean the end of their long run. The simliarites between the Bullet Club and the NWO have always been there but now they are almost parallel to the last years of the NWO with is multiple units and warring factions. This week Tom and I discuss what could be the end of the Bullet Club.

After suffering through the commentating for New Japan’s G1 Special, I can honestly say it’s time for a change. This week Tom and I tallk, ok maybe I go on a rant for a little while on why we need Kevin Kelly and Don Callis. NJPW is putting on a great product, but when the guys calling the action don’t help them tell the stories, it leaves everything feeling flat. Plus another edition of the Hot Tag and a lot more, enjoy the show and feel free to tell me if I’m wrong.

It’s time to go Under the Gimmick and look back at Akeem the African Dream. This was one gimmick change that always left me puzzled because the One Man Gang was such a great heel in the WWF. This week Tom and i discuss our thoughts on Akeem and some of reasons why he may have done this gimmick and the overall absurdity of Akeem. Sit back and enjoy this weeks show.

Most fans have been feeling the same way we have since Wrestlemania, WWE has a hangover. We find a lot of the stories boring and quickly thrown together with not enough time for us to care about a match. Well have no fear, we have the cure. This week we talk about some of the alternatives to WWE that are doing some great things and even on the indy level that should get you through the splitting headache that is WWE as the moment. Plus are thoughts on how to book the product for the next few months and how it might not suck, Oh who are kidding, we have no clue how to book a wrestling show!
