Over the last few months, I've realized that I developed an unhealthy relationship with my phone — too many distractions. On this episode, I talk about how/why I'm taking regular breaks from the internet, and the four tools that have helped me touch grass more often.

It's been a minute!

After a several month hiatus, UG is back with episode eight. I've been taking in feedback and listening back to all of the episodes, and I realized that I left off an important group from that list of notable hip-hop cliques with no album (eps 2-4 if you need to tap in).
