In 1852, settlers came to what is now known as Pioneer Square in Seattle. They were the first permanent settlers in the area except, of course, for Native Americans living there which were primarily the Duwamish Tribe. Back in March 2019 we took a "sister trip", Ashley, Lanie & Meagan and we will tell ya, Seattle was badass. While in Seattle we toured the well-known fish market, didn't know how to drive, ate the good Thai food, drank the good beer at well-known Irish pubs, visited the Space Needle, pretended we saw Fraiser's apartment, and we definitely had to hit the underground scene in Pioneers Square.
