I have discussed meditation a lot on the podcast since its inception, but what is true meditation? How can we better understand the process of meditation and become better at it? On this episode of The Alchemical Mind, I go deep into the subject and the importance of focus and concentration in becoming better meditators.
I start off by breaking down the different steps of meditation and how to use simple exercises to improve each aspect of the practice through simple concentration exercises. Then we bring it all together, and flip the practice on its side with a brief introduction to neti-neti. Finally, I wrap things up with a brief announcement about my solo meditation retreat.
