Today, Chelsea is joined by fellow entreprenuer and creative human, Izzy Waite of Izzy Waite Designs. 

During the height of the pandemic, Izzy found herself working for a company whose values were not aligned with her own as most of us can relate to. And after leaving that role, she was on the hunt for a company that truly shared her passion for doing good work and generally just being good people.

She states, "I was freelancing for a while as I tried to figure out my next step. I had an amazing opportunity to work with some values-based entrepreneurs. It all clicked for me at that moment. I finally realized that there were still good people running good companies out there. They were just being overshadowed by the noise of large corporations with deep budgets for marketing."
