This is where I share the very intentional journal prompts that you can utilize every single morning and every night before you go to bed. I include everything from affirmations and a gratitude practice, to setting daily intentions and steps to reach your goals. I discuss the importance of reflecting on both the positive and negative parts of your day, celebrating your progress, and the importance of play, even as an adult!
