With great power, comes great responsibility. Did Stan Lee, the creater of Spiderman, get that from the Book of Concord? When we look at the Gospel, there is great power... but with it, also comes the responsibility to love one's neighbor. So how do we faithfully love our neighbor, how do we keep compassion at the center? Its could be fairly easy if they are like us, or maybe there are good people, just different. On the other hand, what if they are racists, what if they are one of the bad cops? What if our church going friends give us the side eye when we try to live this out?
