Is homosexuality a sin? What does the Bible say about homosexuality? Is being gay a sin? Can you be gay and Christian? Does God hate gays?

You were twelve the first time you knew. And you have never once said it out loud inside a church building.

This episode settles it from the King James Bible, and it does not flinch in either direction.

First the question gets taken apart, because it is two questions welded together — the wanting and the doing. Confusing them is why a man walks out of a service believing God condemned him for something that happened in his head when he was twelve. Hebrews chapter 4 says Christ was tempted in all points like as we are, yet without sin. Temptation is not the sin. That gets settled before we touch a single verse about the act.

Then the doing. Leviticus 18 and 20. Romans 1. First Corinthians 6. First Timothy 1. Named plainly in both testaments, and named again on the far side of the cross in letters written to Gentiles who never kept Moses. No softening and no dodging.

Then the four strongest arguments on the other side, laid out at full strength with no corners shaved off any of them. Sodom's actual iniquity in Ezekiel 16. Jesus never saying the word. The disputed terms in the Greek. And Romans 1 being about idolatry. Two of them turn out true and incomplete. One does not reach far enough. One proves the opposite of what it was brought to prove.

And then the part almost nobody preaches. Paul wrote ten names on that list in First Corinthians 6 — the drunkard, the covetous, the reviler, the extortioner — and the church took one of them and built a kind of human being out of it. Nobody was ever introduced as a covetous man. That is not the Word. That is men.

The verdict comes in two halves aimed at two different people. If you came for a weapon, you are not getting what you came for.

Is divorce a sin? What does the Bible say about divorce and remarriage — and if you are divorced and married again, are you living in ongoing adultery right now? Tonight we settle it from the Word, King James Version.

Genesis 2 and the only wedding God performed Himself. Deuteronomy 24 and the writing of divorcement — what that chapter was actually built to do. Then Christ gives the reason the rule exists at all: "Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so."

The exception clause in full, with all three positions from honest men. Then the one nobody preaches to — the person who got left. "A brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases: but God hath called us to peace."

Then the ones with no vote. The children. Then the hardest page in the subject: remarriage.

The verdict comes flat out. And before the door, I tell you who has been preaching it — I have been married and divorced.

Are tattoos a sin? What does the Bible say about tattoos — and does Leviticus 19:28 actually forbid the ink on your arm? If somebody has ever looked at your sleeve and made you feel like you did not belong, this hour is for you. We settle it from the Word, King James Version.

There is exactly one verse in all of Scripture that forbids marking the skin, and almost nobody reads the first half of it: "Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh FOR THE DEAD." We go into the ground that verse was written into — the cutting for the dead, the prophets of Baal with their knives and lancets, and the statutes on either side of verse 28 that fence off sorcery and consulting the dead.

Then we read the verse the man quoting it at you stepped over — Leviticus 19:27, the haircut and the beard. Nine verses up, the blend in his suit. And ten verses up, the command the Lord Jesus Christ called the second greatest of them all.

We look at the marks GOD puts on people — the foreheads in Ezekiel, the Father's name in Revelation, and the counterfeit in the right hand or the forehead. We deal honestly with the claim that Jesus has a tattoo, and we do not give it to you, because it is not what the text says.

Then it gets personal. Your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost and ye are not your own. God looketh on the heart. Whatsoever is not of faith is sin. And for the believer carrying something occult on their skin — the fire at Ephesus, and the handwriting blotted out and nailed to the cross.

The verdict is given flat out, and it cuts both the accuser and the accused.

Somebody told a grieving mother her son is burning. She has carried it for fifteen years. And the man who told her could not have shown you the verse, because there isn't one.

Is suicide the unforgivable sin? Do people who commit suicide go to heaven? Can a Christian who commits suicide still be saved? This episode settles it from the King James Bible.

Hell. Is it a forever reality? Let's settle it.

Will I see my family in heaven? Will we know each other in heaven — or will we be strangers? If you have buried someone, this is the question you ask God at two in the morning, and almost nobody answers it straight. Tonight we settle it from the Bible, King James Version.

David on the palace floor — "I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me" (2 Samuel 12:23). The rich man and Lazarus in Luke 16, recognizing Abraham on sight after two thousand years. Paul promising grieving people they'll be caught up TOGETHER WITH THEM (1 Thessalonians 4). "Through a glass, darkly; but then face to face" (1 Corinthians 13:12). And the verse they leave out of the funeral — Matthew 22:30, will we be married in heaven?

Then Moses and Elijah on the mountain, recognized on sight by a man who'd never seen their faces.

And the question grown men won't ask out loud: will I see my pets in heaven? Do dogs go to heaven? Not from sentiment — from the Book.

Finally, the hardest thing in this episode: the great gulf fixed. Reunion is real. It is not automatic, and it is not universal.

Have I committed the unforgivable sin? Blasphemy against the Holy Ghost, and the eight words in Mark 3 that settle it.

You can curse Jesus Christ and be forgiven. That is His sentence, not mine. "And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him."

Everybody knows the back half of that passage. Almost nobody can recite the front: "All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men."

In the two verses used to frighten you, Jesus says forgiven four separate times. The passage you have read your whole life as a door slamming is built almost entirely out of the word for the door opening.

We read the amnesty nobody reads. We walk straight into Hebrews 6 and Hebrews 10 — the two passages that sound worse than this one — and the verse six lines later that almost nobody has read. We deal honestly with the man whose blasphemous thought will not stop, who fights it and it comes anyway. And we find out why the only people in Scripture who ever did this were the calmest people in the room.

Because Mark stopped. In the middle of the story he put the narrative down and told you flatly what this sin was. Eight words, in plain English, one verse after the warning, sitting in your own Bible right now.
