A boundary is not what others do; it is what We will do to achieve specific goals; it is what We decide to do when others deviate from an acceptable behavior; it is how We respond to a situation that doesn't play out the way we need it to.
If we can practice these boundaries, are we fortunate to be in a place where we can apply our healthy boundaries? How do we practice these boundaries? How do we manage our emotions, especially when practicing boundaries with loved ones that may make us uncomfortable?
Let's discuss this yet another one of the essential concepts in the self-care realm.

Fear is a physical reaction to an immediate danger we are in. When we recognize our Fear, the body prepares us for a fight-or-flight response to protect us from danger.
Have we paused to recognize if those dangers were, in fact, real or were those "conditioned" emotions? Could fear be a learned emotion?
Suppose we recognize that our Fear originates from life's experiences that are no longer relevant; what is our next step to undo that Fear? Listen to this episode for this invigorating exploration of Fear and, most importantly, learn how to unlearn Fear and be a model to our children to live fearlessly!

One size doesn't fit all. Self-care will look different from person to person. However, whatever package it comes in, it is about nurturing and investing in yourself. Listen to this episode and see if you can check off one of the things you do daily as your "Self-Care."

This episode is riveting. It will inspire you to take mental notes of the conditionings around you. We are all conditioned and there are various theories about conditioning and how it affects human behavior. If seeing a puppy makes us happy, then we are positively conditioned about puppies. If we think going to a movie alone is weird, maybe we are not so positively conditioned about hanging out alone. How do we identify these positive and negative conditioning?
And why would anyone try to identify or question any conditioned behavior if it benefits them but may hurt others? In some cases, it neither harms nor helps them. For example, a priest who doesn't allow different cast systems to enter a temple, men who require women to wear specific attire, a race that benefits from being in power without sharing it with minorities; why would any of these privileged groups or individuals ever pause and rethink their conditioned behaviors? Sometimes, the impact of inaction is more significant than action.

We may not be able to control much of the external environment, but we can choose how we respond to that environment.
Trinity Talks (TT) is not saying it is all up to us or our belief system, and just because we change our mindset and recite positive thoughts, everything will be fine. Reality matters!
TT encourages us to pause, recognize, and investigate those realities that are shaping our mindsets. The power lies within us to change our mindsets through narrating our stories from the strength perspective - an excellent start for all of us to help us Respond and not React!
Stories are powerful, and we have the freedom, privilege, and power to choose how we tell our stories. So, create a masterpiece that empowers you.
