Having patience and listening will help prevent you from building barriers when you know your ideas or opinion is not yet ready to be accepted.

What happens when you are connecting with other minds? It is interesting to dive in deeper to see how we really link up one on one or in a group. Try it!

Let's escape together for a short time which will be worth it. The week flew by and there was a lot of hustling, but it doesn't mean we should take a break. Instead, we will take a breather to keep going, to keep striving.

It is a part of our nature to communicate, to have conversations, and to connect. And what do we get out of these discussions? When you take a step back and reflect on any conversation, what did you get out of it? Whether it be good conversation or a bad conversation, what was the theme? This is where ideas generates. This is where energy are formed. When we are connecting together sharing our voice we are remembering them for a purpose.

For the next few episodes I will share this simple method of communication my buddy RJ and I came up with that will work for anybody.!
