When you have so many thoughts that becomes ideas and you want to set it as a habit. Well, we all have smart phones that comes with a free reminder app. Its a great tool to utilize because you tell it at first what to do and you never have to worry about forgetting. The only thing is when the reminder pops up at the time you set it as, you have to follow through because you set it up so you have to honor yourself by fulfilling that idea. "Habit" has "a bit" in there meaning habit only takes a bit of your time to build each day! It's Habit crazy, I know!
